Although this is a  Ganesha Mantra, I think that the message is universal and so are the blessings that come from engaging in this beautiful prayer. Divine energy exist all around us, and because of that, when we tap into it’s frequency through prayer, chants, and sometimes just speaking our truths, we can find solace, peace, and healing. Step 1: Find a quiet and comfortable space Sit comfortably and take a few deep breaths.  Step 2: Repeat the Mantra Chant "Om Gam Ganapataye Namaha" slowly and clearly, allowing the words to sink in.  Step 3: Offer Humble Prayers As you chant, offer humble prayers for guidance and blessings.  Tips: *Focus on the sound and vibration of the mantra, allowing it to clear dense energy/emotions such as fear, negativity, and judgment.
